Prime Minister Stephen Harper says the opposition parties can't be trusted to govern because of their "reckless spending plans," but two of the senators that he appointed have been asked to repay thousands of dollars in wrongfully claimed expenses. Now it's been revealed that Harper's Chief of Staff, Nigel Wright, gave $90,000 to Senator Mike Duffy to help him repay the money that he owed to taxpayers. So much for fiscal responsibility!
